On 3^rd November 2008 we visited Central Institute on MentalRetardation,Muringapallam,Tvpm.It was a journey into the minds of students who were labeled as mentally retarded. The students of the centre with a slogan of ‘Not less than Yon’ charmed the Oxfordians with their magical performances.The experience could touch something deep down in the heart of all the Oxfordians and made them take an oath to serve the humanity with selfless devotion.
