The Oxford School, Trivandrum celebrated International Day of Yoga with an array of activities. The Inauguration of the school Health and Wellness Club was also conducted as part of the event. Leading lifestyle expert, slimming specialist, physician and food therapist Dr. Lalitha Appukkuttan (HOD, Naturopathy & Diet Naturals at NIMS Hospital, Trivandrum) was the chief guest of the function. She conducted an interactive talk session with students about “Nutrition and the right food for children.” A video on health and wellness was screened and a mass yoga demonstration was also held under the guidance of yoga expert Aswathy.
