REPORT OF THE REMEMBRANCE OF “NATIONAL POLLUTION CONTROL DAY”

On December 2 Thursday, The Oxford School Trivandrum, observed National Pollution Control Day. India observes this special day every year in remembrance of those who lost their lives in the Bhopal Gas tragedy. Students of Grade VI were engaged in puzzle making activity in the classroom. All the children in the class were able to participate in the activity. A speech was presented by a student from 11 D and it was informative and she has covered all points within a short time. The teacher in- charge of Social Service Club was also presented a PPT and it could be shown in every class with the help of respective class teachers. The students also get an awareness of this special day through the PPT and other activities. They were also enlightened about the significance of the day.
