World organ day is observed every year on 13th August. The main aim of the day is to spread awareness about organ donation and to clear misconceptions related to donating organs. The day is observed to encourage people to take a pledge of donating healthy organs after their death to those who are in need. A special virtual assembly was organized in the school on 16th August where the teachers briefed students about the significance of the day. PPT was shown to the classes from grade 1 to grade 12. Students from all classes are aware of the importance of world organ donation day.
